One of the things that I love most about wedding design is that you can really and truly find your inspiration anywhere, and this chic, modern & industrial wedding inspiration is the perfect example! Inspired by the unique pattern of a set of dishes from Boutique by Corelle, we used gray, silver, and neutral tones to bring out the modern, chic design. Adding in another bit of inspiration to the design, we turned to industrial elements for details like concrete containers and pipe fitting candle holders. My friend Emily Grace Design joined me in creating this awesome modern wedding look, and The Hons photographed everything to perfection- I can’t wait for you to see!
How AMAZING is this dress?! Thanks to Solutions Bridal, we were able to get our hands on this stunning Theia dress, and it’s everything that I imagined!
I myself am a big fan of Corelle dishes thanks to their stylish durability, so being able to use a dining pattern of theirs as inspiration was fun and exciting for me! This particular pattern from the Boutique line had the perfect amount of modern elegance- in fact, I think it’s a great idea to incorporate special dishes (like what Corelle.com offers) in your wedding. The concept of having speciality dishes for your Sweetheart Table or Head Table is another awesome way to incorporate a personal, unique detail into your wedding day.
I love seeing that a wedding design can come together just based on inspiration from something as simple and everyday as a plate from Corelle! It’s my hope that this inspiration enables you to see that you can look outside of typical “wedding” items for your wedding inspiration. You should absolutely check out what other designs they have- who knows, maybe you’ll be able to use a set in your own wedding design!
A huge thank you to The Hons, our awesome models, Emily Grace Design, and Solutions Bridal for helping me bring my industrial chic vision to live!
